Charcuterie board & wine pairing!
Join us for a Wine & Charcuterie Experience when Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) presents five Debevino wines paired with various foods from a charcuterie board such as cheese, meat, nuts and chocolate.
During this gastronomical experience, Missa will teach the fundamentals of wine and food pairing, describing how to enjoy wines with selections from a charcuterie board.

- Chardonnay: herbed goat cheese, salted pistachios
- Riesling: horseradish cheddar
- Rozzi Rose: capocollo ham, pepperoni
- Sangiovese: peppered salami, berries
- Zinfandel: dark chocolate covered berries
