Antonio Portugal has served up a memorable experience with his signature Spanish dish to diners all over New England. Made with authentic ingredients imported from Spain, his paellas include meat, seafood and a vegetarian option on a bed of Spanish rice – cooked right before your eyes and complemented with just the right Debevino wine.

• 1 glass of your choice — wine, slushy or warm spiced wine
